Appetizer: Sesame seed-crusted seared ahi tuna
over a cabbage slaw, with cucumber slices.


Salad: Summertime bean salad with radishes, carrots & celery.


Entree: (choose one)
1. Baked grouper, with fennel & herbs, wrapped in grape leaves.
2. Roast game hen with fruited honey glaze.


Sides:Whole grain pilaf with leeks & herbs
         Grilled Asparagus

         Thick-crusted bread and olive oil
